where to start?

I know that managing the day-to-day of your business keeps you busy, so I make it as simple and straightforward as possible to get started. My goal is to become an extension of your team — someone you can rely on for support, whether it’s a quick text for urgent work or helping you plan and bring your creative ideas to life.

initial meeting

I love meeting with clients at your workplace, so I can really get to understand your business or via Zoom if you prefer to discuss your ideas and begin exploring your business. 

After our meeting, we’ll send you a clear overview of ideas and costs to help you plan your budget with ease—no stress, just creative solutions.

work approval

Once the work is complete, I can share it with you in stages or all at once, depending on your preference. Your feedback is always welcome, and I’ll make any necessary changes based on your input.

on going support

If we’re working together on an ongoing basis, you can reach out to me anytime via call, text, or email. I’ll always do my best to respond as quickly as possible.

We’ll discuss and approve plans, as well as the overall look and feel, ahead of time, so you can relax knowing everything is taken care of.

invoicing

For one-off design projects, I provide a quote upfront to ensure you’re happy with the cost before I begin. An invoice will then be issued once the work is completed.

For ongoing support, you’ll receive an invoice at the end of each month for all the work completed during that period.
